Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused bank client service representative in Bowie, MD to educate clients in the lobby and assist with self-service banking.

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Have deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities and connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
