Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, Rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs.
• recommending appropriate products and referring to specialists when needed.
• Provide professional service by assisting with account inquiries, opening accounts, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
• Handle service requests such as debit cards, check orders, and wire transfers.
• Support branch operations with clerical tasks, greet visitors, and stay current on bank systems, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Banking experience preferred
• Must have strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
