Job summary

Minster Bank in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Relationship Associate for part-time, in-person work. You will help branches retain and grow customers by delivering superior service and assisting with transactions and inquiries.

Shift is 27 hours weekly with branch hours. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–3 months related experience, and a solid knowledge of our products and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.
• Solid knowledge of bank-wide regulations and regulations related to the department.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Create strong customer relationships and bank growth through superior customer service.
• Cross-sell and refer products by using an effective and consistent sales approach.
• Process over-the-counter transactions and assist customers with questions.
• Be knowledgeable of bank operations, products and service offerings.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain acceptable cash level by following bank procedures and policies.
• Adhere to bank audit and compliance policies and procedures.
• Resolve a variety of simple maintenance requests and issues.
• Provide flexibility of coverage during banking center hours and at other banking centers within the market as needed.

• Resolve a variety of simple maintenance requests and issues.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A broad knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.
• Solid knowledge of bank-wide regulations and thorough knowledge of regulations and laws that relate to his/her department.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Non-exempt, 27 hours

WORK LOCATION: In person

SCHEDULE: Our branch is open Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 and Saturday's 8:30 - Noon
