Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor – Personal Banker in Olathe to build lasting Member relationships. You will guide Members to suitable financial options, process transactions, and manage accounts and loans.

The role emphasizes service quality, digital banking education, and teamwork to reach branch goals. The position requires cash handling, sales/advising, and customer service experience, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience.
• 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
• 1 year of customer service in the hospitality industry or financial institution experience.
• Demonstrated ability in lieu of experience will be considered for candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
• Assist Members applying for consumer loans, guiding Members through the lending process.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools, products, and services that support their financial goals.
• Collaborate with Team Members to support branch goals and create a positive, Member-focused environment.
