Clinical Psychologist | Learning & Development Consultant | Executive Coach

Intersect Clinical Services is looking for culturally responsive licensed clinicians to join our fully remote group practice. We specialize in helping adult high achieving students and working professionals cope with the unique demands of high-pressure environments. Our clients often seek support for complex trauma, relationship issues, identity-based stress, ADHD, Autism, and racial/cultural concerns.

Our integrative treatment model includes trauma-responsive, relational psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based approaches. Clinicians trained in other modalities are also encouraged to apply.

About You

Our ideal candidate is ethical, self-motivated, and deeply committed to social justice and anti-racism. They provide affirming, culturally responsive care to adults from diverse backgrounds, and are engaged in ongoing learning and advocacy to ensure their work remains inclusive and effective.

Applicants with specialized training or experience in BIPOC, LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and racial/cultural issues are strongly encouraged. We also value expertise supporting marginalized communities, including individuals with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, and those impacted by systemic oppression.

Responsibilities

• Complete at least 20 sessions weekly (schedule 24-25 per week).
• Provide effective, evidence-based treatment tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain up-to-date assessments, notes, and treatment plans following clinical standards.
• Participate in weekly case consultation/admin meetings.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards, including risk management.
• Maintain active licensure in Massachusetts and meet CE requirements.

Note: Supervision for licensure hours available
