Job summary

Saint Francis Ministries in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a Supervisor of Reintegration to lead staff providing case management for children and families. You will supervise Case Managers and Family Support Workers, manage schedules, performance, and ensure timely documentation in line with policy and court requirements.

The role requires two years of child welfare or supervisory experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and readiness to travel within Kansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or Addictions Counseling from an accredited college or university, preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Kansas, preferred.
• Two years of child welfare and/or supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance check and an Adult Registry Check.
• FBI Fingerprint check.
• Lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
• Must have valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the day-to-day operations of Case Managers and Family Support Workers.
• Assign cases, maintaining appropriate staffing ratios and supervise staff performance.
• Oversee staff schedules, evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Liaise with DCF, courts, schools, providers, and communities; attend meetings.
• Attend court to support staff and testify in hearings when required.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Provide support during crisis situations and lead team decision making (TDM).
• Travel within Kansas to provide case management services as needed.
• Promote staff development, onboarding, and regular team meetings.
• On-call rotation to address urgent issues outside regular hours.
