What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage ceded and assumed reinsurance programs to support business operations and risk management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Reinsurance, Actuarial, or Risk Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated learning agility and resilience to change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Designations such as Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
- Familiarity with natural catastrophe and capital models
- Strong understanding of financial principles and insurance transactions
- Active participation in company culture initiatives
- Experience with operational measures and business planning
