Ivy Health is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist in the United States to manage daily deposit tracking, EOB retrieval, and posting reconciliations using Fuse and Remit Assist. You will work with Raintree and legacy systems to ensure timely payments and resolve posting discrepancies.

• Reviewing, researching, and resolving assigned tasks related to missing payments, EOBs, and posting errors in the Raintree system.
• Supporting the Month End reconciliation process Accurate and timely payment posting, as assigned.
• Knowledgeable of all aspects of payment posting in Raintree and assigned Legacy systems –remit/automated, manual, Refunds, corrections, etc.
• Identify and escape issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Summary:

The Reimbursement Specialist is an energetic individual with experience in healthcare payment posting, preferably Physical Therapy and Raintree, who also has good Excel and problem-solving skills. In this role, you report to the RCBP Reimbursement and will be assigned day to day activities related to the daily posting and reconciliation activities, as well as special projects related to posting activities. This position works in the Fuse portal and the Remittance Assist application to match Remittance Advices to deposits, ensuring that remittances flow to the posting team in a timely manner, and ensure all deposits are posting in the current GL period. This position is detail oriented and requires communication skills to call insurance companies and navigate payer portals to obtain remittance/EOBs. This position is required to maintain a follow up queue age of 10 days and Unidentified deposit turnover of 92% within 30 days.
