Job summary

AimHire is seeking a detail-oriented Reimbursement Operations Support Specialist in Lone Tree, CO for a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite per week). This contract through the end of 2026 supports the ROps team, handling order reviews, documentation collection, benefit investigations, and payer coordination.

Compensation is $28/hour, based on experience, with exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and Brightree systems and professional communication with providers and patients.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in reimbursement operations, healthcare administration, insurance support, data entry, operations, or administrative roles
• Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments preferred
• Experience with DME, healthcare reimbursement, insurance verification, benefit investigation, prior authorization, or multiple payer workflows strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Order Review & Reimbursement Triage: Review submitted orders for completeness and alignment with payer criteria
• Documentation Collection & Validation: Obtain prescriptions, chart notes, authorizations, and ABNs
• Authorization & Payer Coordination: Obtain prior authorizations and coordinate with payers
• System & Workflow Management: Use Salesforce Health Cloud, Brightree, and related systems; maintain clear notes
