Qualifications

• 3+ years of specialty pharmacy, medical benefit reimbursement, provider billing, revenue cycle, or hospital reimbursement experience.
• People leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of medical benefit and billing processes and payer landscape.
• Experience with cell and gene therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of reimbursement and medical benefit specialists.
• Conduct performance reviews and workforce planning.
• Oversee medical benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Ensure compliant claims handling and payer communications.
• Collaborate with contracting on LOAs and SCAs.
• Support AR teams with denial management and disputes.
• Serve as SME for CGT reimbursement and Biologics programs.
• Lead process improvements and launch readiness for new therapies.
