Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of reimbursement and medical benefit specialists.
• Oversee investigations, prior authorizations, and complex payer escalations.
• Partner with internal billing teams to ensure compliant claims submission.
• Support LOAs and SCAs with reimbursement and operational requirements.
• Drive process improvement and readiness for new therapies.
• Manage accounts receivable aspects related to denials and disputes.
