Job summary

The role includes leading training initiatives, developing reports, and presenting findings to leadership to drive compliant, financially sound reimbursement strategies.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with staff on reimbursement for services and policies.
• Discuss current and future reimbursement initiatives and impacts.
• Assist with ongoing educational presentations.
• Provide senior guidance within the training team.
• Review reimbursement opportunities using statistical reports and analyses to assess coding practices and fee levels.
