What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and clerical support in accordance with department procedures
- Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed
- Scan reimbursement documentation into patient financial charts and cash batches
- Follow up on claims submissions to ensure receipt and accuracy
- Coordinate office supplies and assist with meeting or travel arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to perform routine clerical tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capability to handle administrative tasks in a timely manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Infusion Medical Billing/Collections or Intake/Admissions
