Job summary

Medical Services of America, a leading home health provider, seeks a Full-Time Reimbursement Specialist for our Lexington, SC corporate office. You will manage billing workflows and ensure accurate submission and rebilling of claims across pay sources.

Responsibilities include tracking unpaid claims, filing appeals, and collaborating with locations to resolve issues impacting billing. A High School Diploma or GED is required; prior medical office billing/collections experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office billing/collection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit and rebill claims for all pay sources and locations as assigned.
• Track reasons for unpaid claims and rebill claims as necessary.
• File electronic and/or written appeal requests in a timely manner.
• Work with locations to resolve any issues that may affect billing.
