Job summary

Blue & Co., LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Staff Consultant for its Healthcare Reimbursement team. You will analyze and reconcile large volumes of data, review records, and deliver high-quality reimbursement consulting services to hospital clients.

The role emphasizes analytical and collaborative work, advanced Excel, and data analytics tools like SQL, Alteryx, or Python, with opportunities for mentoring, professional development, and CPA certification support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Data/Business Analytics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Data analytics experience in SQL, Alteryx or Python preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed (primarily day travel with minimal overnight travel).

Responsibilities
