Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a HYBRID Reimbursement Analyst II to join our team in a role focused on multi-payer data analysis, payment validation, and denials management. You will work across billing, coding, finance and operations to drive revenue cycle improvements.

Responsibilities include analyzing reimbursement variances, identifying root causes of denials, and developing dashboards for leadership. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ healthcare revenue cycle environment experience or Associate degree with 7 years healthcare revenue cycle environment experience or HS diploma or GED with 9 years healthcare revenue cycle environment experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis

Responsibilities

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Minimum Qualifications
