Job summary

Chelsea Public Schools Chelsea High School - Chelsea, Massachusetts invites applications for a Stipend - CHS Re-Imagination Pathway Design Lead(s) (Internal Only) (SY 26-27). This position supports CHS Re-imagination in collaboration with the Barr Foundation and district leadership to implement CCE practices across Chelsea High School.

The role will be split across up to two positions, offering up to 10 hours per week with compensation paid at an hourly rate not to exceed $10,000 for the year.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is an CHS Instructional Educator/Leader focused on school counseling.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
• Ability to support cross-district initiatives and Re-imagination project goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Barr Leadership Team and Reimagination consultant on CCE Co-Teaching implementation.
• Support the district's Early College and Career Coordinator and Director of School Counseling.
• Maintain communication with outside consultants and Barr Foundation; provide updates to district/building leadership.
• Perform additional duties before/after school as directed by building principal and Office of Innovation, Access, and Opportunity.
• Ensure grant compliance if applicable.
