Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, housing, business) or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in housing acquisition, landlord relations, or related fields.
• Two to three years of experience working with supportive housing programs or similar housing initiatives.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Rehousing Coordinators, including training, support, and performance feedback.
• Oversees leasing leads via phone, internet, social media, and outreach.
• Market program incentives to landlords, property managers, and associations.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement housing acquisition strategies to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure subsidies are accurate and timely.
• Audit property data in the internal database for accuracy.
• Manage a portfolio of rental units and ensure compliance.
• Analyze data to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Design reports and workflows to optimize strategies and operations.
• Present program information to internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role involves developing and executing strategic housing acquisition plans, managing a dynamic portfolio of rental properties, and providing day-to-day guidance, training, and oversight to ensure the team meets program goals and performance benchmarks.We are looking for someone who insists on maintaining a positive attitude and enjoys supporting a diverse group of people.
