Qualifications

The Mounting Support Consultant at Rehadapt North America serves as the go-to expert for delivering innovative mounting solutions that empower individuals with disabilities to interact with their world. This role combines technical problem-solving with relationship-focused interactions and involves close collaboration with clinicians, caregivers, resellers, and end users to identify and implement the most effective solutions. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed product support and training, and supporting consultative sales efforts. By leveraging technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, the representative ensures customer satisfaction, identifies and creates new sales opportunities, and guides clients toward the most appropriate mounting solutions for assistive technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providehigh quality technical support for mounting recommendations, installations and troubleshooting via video calls, phone calls and email/chat,

  • Create personalizedproduct quotations meeting customer needs and requests,

  • Collaborate with ourGerman based VMS Team to provide customized mounting proposals through our Virtual Mounting Service,

  • Conduct product demos, in-services, trainings, and webinars to demonstrate Rehadapt's product offerings and features,

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and key stakeholders (SLPs, PTs, OTs, teachers, AT professionals) serving as a trusted advisor and technical resource,

  • Arrange product repairs/returns, when necessary,

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and trainings as needed to promote brand awareness,

  • Prepare expense and special projects on a timely basis,

  • Perform various other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, associate degree with equivalent experience considered.

  • 2-3 years' experience in technical support, inside sales or consultative selling (preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or assistive technology industry)

  • Clinical experience (SLP, PT, OT, AT, Rehab Engineer) a plus

Certifications or Licensure

  • None

Communication Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and teaming skills

  • Effective sales presentation and platform training skills

  • Able to communicate at all levels within an organization

Computer or Technical Skills

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • CRM experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • This position will require travel, 2-3 times per year, nationally,

  • Possession of a valid state driver license and insured motor vehicle

  • See, hear, and speak

  • Able to sit, stand, and walk

  • Ability to lift and /or move up to 35 pounds on occasion

Work Environment Requirements

  • Able to work at a desk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continual interruptions
