Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Rehabilitative Services Associate in Rolling Meadows, IL, to join our treatment team within the Community Mental Health Center. This full-time role focuses on safety, site-based skills training, and coordinating community activities while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• One year of related experience preferred; experience with mental illness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop client training groups and individualized objectives to build community skills.
• Supervise clients for safety, apply behavior strategies, and transport to community sites.
• Maintain attendance and therapy notes; keep team informed of scheduling and progress.
• Uphold confidentiality and complete required trainings and seminars.

Our programs provide opportunities for active community integration and are designed to enhance independence and participation for the individuals we serve.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of clients at all times while providing site-based skills training and facilitating community-based activities.
