Job summary

Alpha Animal Rehabilitation & Fitness in Fairfield, New Jersey, seeks a motivated Certified Veterinary Technician to join our rehabilitation team. Qualifications

• Current CVT or RVT credential required.
• Graduate of an accredited veterinary technology program.
• Strong animal-handling and patient-restraint skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
• Willingness to learn rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehabilitation therapists during evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Safely handle and position canine and feline patients.
• Support hydrotherapy sessions and use rehabilitation modalities.
• Monitor patient status and communicate observations to therapists.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and documentation.
