Job summary

Clover Health Services is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist in Salinas, California. The role supports patients’ independence in daily living and work tasks through individualized plans and adaptive techniques.

Shifts are 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM with start in August 2026. Opportunities include housing and travel pay; weekly pay applies. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals and document progress per clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Assess patients physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living.
• Implement activities to enhance motor skills, balance, and cognition.
• Train patients in adaptive techniques for limitations.
• Educate on adaptive equipment and safety at home/work/school.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities.
• Develop treatment plans to improve independence in ADLs and work tasks.
• Implement activities to enhance motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, and cognition.
• Train patients in adaptive techniques to compensate for limitations.
• Recommend and educate on adaptive equipment and devices.
• Assess environments and suggest safety/accessibility improvements.
• Educate patients and families on goals, exercises, and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
