Tristar Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to support our outpatient therapy team. You will assist therapists with prescribed exercises, prepare treatment spaces, and help maintain efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists.
• Prepare patients for treatment sessions, including setting up therapeutic modalities under therapist supervision.
• Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment by disinfecting equipment, treatment tables, and common areas.
• Ensure treatment areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Assist with patient flow by escorting patients, preparing treatment spaces, and helping maintain an efficient clinic schedule.
• Set up and clean treatment areas before and after each patient visit.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming, positive experience for patients and their families.
• Perform other clinic support duties as assigned to promote efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists.
• Prepare patients for treatment sessions, including setting up therapeutic modalities (such as heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction) under therapist supervision.
• Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment by disinfecting equipment, treatment tables, and common areas according to clinic protocols.
• Ensure treatment areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Assist with patient flow by escorting patients, preparing treatment spaces, and helping maintain an efficient clinic schedule.

Physical Requirements
