The University of Maryland is looking for a Rehabilitation Technician to assist in patient care under licensed therapists. This role involves preparing treatment areas, helping with clerical tasks, and ensuring patient-centered service. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and possess strong communication skills. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience, making it great for those starting in healthcare.
Under the direction of a licensed therapist, assists in delivering patient care in the rehabilitation setting as described in State of Maryland Practice Acts. Performs routine tasks to help ensure productive therapy sessions such as maintaining treatment areas, preparing patients for therapy, and assisting in clerical tasks.

We have highly experienced staff with low turnover and work in close contact to some of the best orthopedic doctors in the state.
