Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager or Therapist, assist in operating equipment and helping patients/residents with therapy. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and follow directions clearly and efficiently.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with treating residents and helping them prepare for therapy sessions under the supervision of the therapist.
• Occasionally work with residents on therapy exercises and therapies as directed by the therapist.
• Transport residents to and from treatment areas.
• Provide clerical/admin support such as faxing, filing, and mailing.
• Maintain treatment areas and equipment, including setting up, cleaning, and restocking supplies.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

High school diploma required. Two (2) years of experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in therapy or healthcare setting.
