Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Program Manager or Therapist, assist in operating equipment and helping patients/residents with therapy. Must provide excellent customer service, have strong organizational skills, and follow directions clearly and efficiently.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with treating residents and preparing them for therapy sessions under therapist supervision.
• Work with residents on therapy exercises as directed by the therapist.
• Transport residents to and from treatment areas.
• Maintain treatment areas and equipment, including setup, cleaning, and supplies management.
• Provide clerical support such as faxing, filing, and mailing.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Two years of experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
