Qualifications

  • 5+ years of clinical experience in IP Acute Care and Outpatient settings.
  • Required PA Physical Therapy License and clinical instructor certification preferred.

Rehabilitation Supervisor Inpatient Hospital SIGN ON BONUS

Our client has 700+ acute care beds is home to some of the finest specialty care centers and some of the top physicians in the country.

If you are a Therapist that is looking to continue to advance clinically, while growing as a leader within an excellent Health System, this opportunity is for you. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for Supervision of the Therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP) and direct patient care. The Clinical Supervisor carries a 75 percent caseload in direct patient care in a multidisciplinary inpatient Hospital environment; while the other 25 percent of the position will be spent in supervision. The Clinical Supervisor is able to grow as a professional by maintaining working relationships with Hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel. Reports to Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Therapy. ($7,500 sign-on bonus).

Position Requirements

  • Clinical Supervisor candidate must have proven record of team building, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience of Clinical Experience in the IP Acute Care environment and Outpatient Environment preferred.

Education Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field. (Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Doctorate Degree: Occupational or Physical (Required)
  • Master's Degree: Occupational or Physical (Required)
  • Certification and Licensure Requirements
  • PA PHYSICAL THERAPY LICENSE (Required)
  • Certified by AOTA/APTA/ASHA as clinical instructor. (Preferred)

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ Years Supervision of Staff Experience (Required)
  • 4-5 Years In comparable practice setting (Preferred)

May consider therapists with supervisor experience coming from SNF or Long term care environments
