Job Overview

The Crisis Residential Program provides short-term, intensive, 24/7 support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, aiming to stabilize and prevent hospitalization. Our team collaborates with existing treatment providers and connects clients to community services.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide one-on-one support to help clients develop or regain skills for community living and socialization.
  2. Ensure medication safety, proper dosage, and cleanliness.
  3. Collaborate with a team to develop and implement individual service plans.
  4. Transport clients to medical appointments, advocate during visits, and document follow-up instructions.
