Job Overview

Crisis Residential Program services provide short-term, intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help individuals experiencing a mental health crisis avoid hospitalization. Our teams collaborate with existing treatment providers to link clients to Sheppard Pratt or community services.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide one-on-one support to help clients learn or regain skills for community and independent living.
  2. Ensure medication safety, proper dosage, and cleanliness.
  3. Develop and implement individual service plans as part of a collaborative team.
  4. Transport clients to medical appointments, advocate during visits, and document follow-up instructions.
  5. Build rapport and become a trusted support system for clients, supporting their recovery journey.
  6. Receive thorough training and mentorship from senior staff.
