Job summary

University Health in San Antonio seeks an experienced rehabilitation leader to oversee Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology across acute care and Reeves Rehabilitation Center. The role focuses on operational leadership, program development, and team management to improve patient outcomes.

You will supervise clinical staff, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and work with executive leadership to advance patient-centered care and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a therapy field from an accredited program.
• Current licensure/certification in the applicable therapy field.
• At least five years of clinical experience in rehabilitation.
• At least five years supervising interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of rehabilitation departments across acute and inpatient settings.
• Provide administrative oversight of the Reeves Rehabilitation inpatient unit.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to plan, develop, and evaluate programs.
• Lead staff development and foster a collaborative work environment.
