Encompass Health in Princeton seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will assess patients, tailor care plans, supervise treatments, and collaborate with specialists to guide recovery with compassionate, evidence-based nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones along the recovery journey.
