Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor care plans, and support their recovery with compassionate, evidence-based nursing.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting complex patient needs.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
