LiveWell Homecare Agency in the United States is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop care plans to support recovery.

You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care, and serve as a resource for staff on complex cases. Celebrating patient milestones is also a core part of this role.

Qualifications

• RN license valid per state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is advantageous.
