LiveWell Homecare Agency in Salem, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise care, assess patients, and develop personalized care plans to support recovery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and families, and help staff address complex patient needs while celebrating milestones.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
