Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Acute Care Rehabilitation unit in Pueblo, Colorado. You will provide patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from acute conditions, supporting rehabilitation goals and functional independence.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, and educate patients and families. A current RN license and strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are required.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from acute conditions in an Acute Care Rehabilitation unit. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans aligned with established healthcare standards.
