Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in Rehabilitation. This direct hire, permanent position requires the applicant to have an Occupational Therapist license or to be in the process of obtaining one in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services, applying evidence-based interventions, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans. A competitive compensation package and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (New Hampshire).
• Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services in the Rehabilitation specialty area.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to promote patient independence.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
