Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the immediate process to obtain AZ licensure for work in Rehabilitation. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule.

The OT will align with the organization’s vision, values, mission, and goals in daily performance. Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent OT experience and an AZ license (or active licensure in progress).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Current OT license within AZ or in process for licensure in AZ.
