Rosaires Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients in an on-site setting. The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, safe medication administration, wound and IV therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will educate patients and families, support mobility and functional outcomes, and maintain precise EHR documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Proven clinical assessment and medication management skills.
• Competence in wound care and IV management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent patient-centered communication and teaching ability.
• Attention to detail and accurate EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and manage patient care safely.
• Provide wound care and manage IV therapy as needed.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Support patients in regaining mobility, independence, and functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate, complete documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
