Job summary
Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Stockton, California, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The RN will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to restore function.
Requirements include a BSN or equivalent, an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably ACLS and at least 1 year of acute care experience.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification.
- ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.
- One (1) year recent experience preferred in acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
- Perform patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.
- Adhere to hospital mission and guiding principles in daily practice.
