Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Rehab RN to provide individualized care and rehabilitation planning for residents. You will administer medications, coordinate with therapists, physicians, CNAs, and families, and monitor progress to support recovery, independence, and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care, accurate documentation in the EMR, and strict safety and regulatory compliance within a team-driven, dignity- and holistic-wellness
