Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other serious illnesses, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and document care in the EMR. Emphasis on safety, infection control, and ongoing learning to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
