Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Abilene, TX seeks an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other serious illnesses.

You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or similar healthcare settings preferred.
