Career Links is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Kansas. This role welcomes a licensed PTA or COTA to lead rehabilitation services and drive clinical excellence, team development, and patient outcomes.
The Director will manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with nursing and physicians, participate in care planning, and support recruitment and performance evaluations. Competitive salary plus benefits.
Qualifications
- Requires licensed Kansas PTA or OTA with KS Board of Healing Arts licensure.
- Minimum 2 years in SNF/Long-Term Care or rehab setting.
- Prior rehab management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A/B, quality measures, and reimbursement models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all rehabilitation services within the SNF.
- Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff across PT, OT, and SLP.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and administration.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain patient outcomes and quality improvement initiatives.
