The selected candidate will implement protocols and ensure quality care for Medicare A rehabilitation cases. Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 with added monthly incentives and benefits including medical coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a therapist.
• Supervisory or administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor rehabilitation policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train rehabilitation staff.
• Coordinate rehabilitation admissions and caseload distribution.
• Assist in case management of Medicare A cases.
• Manage department metrics and key community relationships.
