Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to provide clinical leadership across physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services. The role emphasizes quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred; Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and department financial performance.
• Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance.
• Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls).
• Manage departmental resources and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence.
