Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee the daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will lead therapy staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include ensuring licensure compliance, driving quality, and mentoring the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Active NYS PT/OT/PTA/COTA license required.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred or demonstrated leadership in a clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage therapy staff, including PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP.
• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, staffing and workflow.
• Ensure licensure, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff training.
• Oversee documentation, audits, and clinical processes to maintain quality.
• Maintain high clinical standards and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
