Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead and grow a compassionate clinical team across physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. You will oversee rehab services in the facility, provide direct patient care, and maintain high standards of care.

This role emphasizes teaching, collaboration, and program development to restore patient function. You will mentor therapists and assistants, design evidence-based programs, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology required; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practice state.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.
• Knowledge of state practice acts and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interact positively with staff, patients, families and agencies.
• Proven capability to lead and motivate clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians delivering rehab services in the facility.
