Job summary

Elba Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team, guiding individualized plans that focus on residents' goals and dignity. You will ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with the leadership team to drive high-quality restorative care.

Qualifications

Active AL license as PT, OT, SLP, COTA or PTA.
2–3+ years rehab leadership experience; LTC/SNF preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rehab regulations and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee PT, OT and SLP staff and services.
Guide individualized treatment planning centered on resident goals and quality of life.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reimbursement requirements.
Partner with Administrator, DON, and department heads as a leadership team.
Recruit, train, and mentor therapy staff passionate about restorative care.
Monitor outcomes, documentation and program quality to maintain effectiveness and compliance.
