Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (required).
• Previous leadership in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Familiar with Medicare/Medicaid and alternative payment models.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rehabilitation program for the facility or designated locations.
• Coordinate staffing levels and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing communication to patients, clients, and team members.
• Deliver direct patient care in licensed disciplines (PT, OT, or SLP).
• Monitor compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulations.
