Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred, but strong clinicians without prior DOR experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations of the in-house therapy department.
• Supervise PT, OT, PTA, and COTA staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and departmental performance.
• Partner with facility leadership on quality and census initiatives.
• Support patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
